Welcome to Formflow! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, apps, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using Formflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use our Services.

  • By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.


2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Formflow is not liable for any loss or damage caused by failing to keep your account secure.


3. Use of Services

You agree to use Formflow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our Services without permission.

  • Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or performance of the Services.


4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Some features of Formflow require a paid subscription.

  • By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at checkout.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • We may change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect your current billing cycle.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and software on Formflow are owned by us or our licensors.

  • You retain ownership of the content you create using Formflow, but grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it as needed to provide the Services.


6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms.

  • Your use of the Services risks harm to us or other users.

  • Required by law.

You may stop using Formflow at any time by deleting your account.


7. Disclaimers

  • Formflow is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your specific purpose.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Formflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. By continuing to use our Services, you accept the revised Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.


11. Submissions (Definitions, Counting Rules, and Limits)

What counts as a “Submission.”
A “Submission” is recorded the first time a visitor reaches twenty-five percent (25%) completion of a form or flow. Completion is measured against the required steps/fields on the visitor’s actual path (including any conditional logic); optional fields are excluded from the denominator. If a visitor completes the form and clicks “submit,” that also counts as one Submission (if not already counted at 25%).

13. SMS & Text Message Communications


13.1 Program Description
Formflow provides transactional SMS notifications to registered Users who affirmatively opt in to receive them. These notifications relate solely to the User's own account activity, including form submission alerts, account updates, publishing confirmations, and system-generated notifications. Formflow does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.


13.2 Opt-In
SMS notifications are strictly opt-in. By entering your mobile number, checking the unchecked consent checkbox, and clicking "Confirm" within the authenticated Formflow platform, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Formflow. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any Formflow service.


13.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your form configuration and account activity. You will receive messages commensurate with your form submission volume and account events. Message and data rates may apply.


13.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS from Formflow; or

  • Disabling SMS notifications within your Formflow account settings; or

  • Emailing [email protected]

Upon receipt of a STOP request, Formflow will immediately cease sending SMS messages to that number and send a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you affirmatively re-consent.

13.6 No Third-Party Sharing
Formflow does not sell, share, or disclose your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent data to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exceptions are telecommunications carriers required to transmit your messages, and disclosures required by applicable law.


13.7 Compliance
Formflow's SMS program operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227), applicable FCC regulations, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and A2P 10DLC registration standards maintained by The Campaign Registry (TCR). Users in states with additional SMS regulations — including but not limited to Florida, California, Texas, and Virginia — are afforded the protections required under applicable state law.


13.8 Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with Formflow's Privacy Policy, available at getformflow.io/legal/privacy-policy.
