Do unused credits roll over?

No - credits reset monthly. Buy credit packs if you need more.

Do you force annual contracts?

No - monthly billing available; annual is default for best value.

Do you limit forms?

No - all plans include unlimited forms.

Is there any overage billing?

Never. Add credits or upgrade when you hit limits.

Can I use Formflow for clients?

Yes. Invite clients as guests or upgrade to Scale/Whitelabel for multi- workspace use. Forms can be embedded anywhere, even on clients websites.

Will my forms work on mobile devices?

100%. Every Formflow form is fully mobile responsive... whether your visitor is on a laptop, phone, tablet, or even a smart fridge (seriously, we've tested). Your form will look beautiful and function flawlessly everywhere.

Do you support HIPAA?

HIPAA is incoming, but not yet. It will be a addpon and approved BAA service.

What happens if I cancel?

Access continues until billing period ends. You can export data anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes - within 21 days per the refund policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards; invoicing for annual Whitelabel.

What happens if I reach my submission limit?

Forms never break. Submissions queue privately for 14 days; unlock by adding credits or upgrading.
